Alan was my “job organizer”. He knew I was on a very tight schedule and scheduled his job for a Sunday to get me started on time. He showed up early and finished the job in half a day. He also arranged for a painting subcontractor, who turned out to be very good. Alan’s excellent preparation of the walls made the painters’ work go easier too.
